Access to Electrical Skills Programme

Pictured are Transition Year students from St. Clements taking part in a week-long pilot initiative—the Access to Electrical Skills Programme. Hosted by the LCETB at the Kilmallock Road Campus, this immersive experience introduces students to the world of electrical apprenticeships, helping them explore whether a trade career might be the right path for them. As part of the programme, students also completed a certified Manual Handling course, gaining valuable safety training alongside hands-on skills.
