Our TY students spent Thursday immersed in an experiential learning day with Develop Me. Through hands‑on challenges, they practiced strategic thinking, planning, and teamwork.
From searching for the Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine to building a K’nex bridge in Tom’s Canyon Ford, students explored real‑world project‑management skills and learned about effective collaboration, including the 7 Cornerstones of Teamwork and The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team.
